Our Professional Planning Fees

Professional travel planning requires significant time and expertise in research, negotiation, and logistics. Our non-refundable planning fees secure our commitment to you and ensure we recommend the best options, free from commission bias.

We offer three service tiers based on the complexity and duration of your trip:
  • The Getaway
    $350.00

    Simple, relaxing breaks, All-Inclusive resorts, or single-city tours. Single destination (5 nights or less). Includes accommodation booking, basic flight booking, and standard transfers.

  • Custom Curator
    $550.00

    Multi-destination trips, complex family vacations, or mid-level international travel. 6 to 9 nights of travel. Custom itinerary creation, up to two rounds of revisions, booking of all components, and in-travel support.

  • Luxury Itinerary
    $1,200.00

    Complex, multi-country journeys, bucket-list safaris, or trips requiring premium class service (e.g., first-class air, private villas). 10+ nights, 2+ countries, or a high level of specialized research. Dedicated 24/7 cell access, unlimited revisions, high-end private excursions, and full concierge services.

Additional Fee Schedule

  • Air Ticketing Fee: For our experts to research, book, and manage your flights. This is charged per person.

  • Domestic Flights: $75 per person

  • International Flights: $150 per person

  • Last-Minute Booking Fee: Applies to all planning requests submitted less than 60 days prior to departure. $250 Surcharge

  • Hotel Only Booking Research: Fee to research and propose up to three (3) property options in a single location if you do not know the exact hotel. $100 - $149
