First Class Event Services began over 14 years ago as a passionate, one-person DJ operation in Fredonia, NY. This early dedication to top-tier entertainment quickly built a sterling reputation, which remains the foundation of our success.

Today, while our roots and main hub remain strong in Upstate New York, we have proudly expanded our reach and established two additional main hubs in Florida, North Carolina, and Michigan.

We have evolved into a premier full-service event planning and coordination company, serving clients nationwide and forging robust vendor relationships around the globe. Our suite of services is comprehensive, including custom liquor and bar packages, state-of-the-art equipment rentals, and specialized corporate and wedding planning.

Crucially, our team includes highly skilled professionals, some of whom are aviation specialists. Their expertise has enabled us to forge unique, special relationships and logistics networks, allowing us to seamlessly coordinate complex operations and deliver exceptional results anywhere.

CEO & Owner

I started my journey at 15 in Western New York with nothing but turntables and a dream. That local hobby eventually took me to iHeartRadio and behind the scenes with artists like Ariana Grande and Tyga. But as my career evolved, I realized I wanted to build something bigger than just a great set. I wanted to create a standard for the entire event industry.

As a proud Puerto Rican minority business owner, I built First Class Event Services to set a higher bar. My goal is simple: to bring a "first-class" standard of communication and production to every client, whether it’s a high-profile corporate gala or an intimate milestone. I stand for transparency, flexibility, and a level of professionalism that makes my clients feel like guests at their own events.

The secret to our success isn't just me, though. It’s the people I’ve surrounded myself with. I have strategically hand-picked and hired each of my planners, not just for their talent, but for their heart. I work with and communicate with my team daily. We have spent countless hours training together to ensure we provide a first-class experience every single time. I have the utmost respect and trust for them; without my planning team, event staff, and our bar & events crew, we wouldn’t be where we are today.

When I’m not behind the scenes of an event, I’m in the sky. I’ve spent most of my early 20s at Spirit Airlines, but now I’m currently proud to be part of the Delta Air Lines family. My life as a flight attendant isn't just a day job, it’s where I learned the true meaning of international service and hospitality. That mentality is exactly what I bring to my business. 

I live life at full throttle, fueled by a passion for global culture and travel. But no matter how many countries I visit, my world revolves around my 5-year-old niece, I’liannie. She is my biggest inspiration and the reason I am so driven to build this empire.
